The short version
The app works on your PC and keeps what it finds on your PC. It has no analytics, no tracking and no ads, and we never see your files, your scan results or the programs you run. This website counts visits without cookies.
What the app keeps on your PC
Scan history, the undo history, your settings and (if you bought Pro) your encrypted license key are stored in %LOCALAPPDATA%\OneClickOptimizer. They never leave your PC. Uninstalling with "also remove my data" deletes them.

Nothing else is sent. Developer junk, Autopilot and Focus mode work entirely on your PC. You can block the update check with a firewall. The app keeps working, but it won't offer updates.

The website sets no cookies, and the visit counting stores no personal data.
When you buy Pro
Checkout is run by Polar (Polar Software, Inc.), our reseller and merchant of record. They collect your email address, payment details, country and IP address to take payment, calculate tax, prevent fraud and give you your license key. They share with us your email address, country and order details, so that we can support you and handle refunds. We never receive your card details. We keep order records for as long as tax law requires (usually 8 years in India). We use your email address only for your order and support. We send no newsletters unless you ask for them.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your order data, or ask us to correct or delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it. Email mitovoid.contact@gmail.com. If you are in the EU, the UK or California, you also have the rights your local law gives you, including the right to complain to your data-protection authority.
Children
The app isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date.
