Refund policy

Sales are final. The free version does everything marked Free and includes 3 one-click Optimise runs, so please try it before you buy. We don't give refunds for a change of mind.

If Pro doesn't work, we fix it or refund you. If your key won't activate, or a Pro feature doesn't work on your PC, email mitovoid.contact@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase. Include the email address you bought with and what went wrong. We'll try to fix it first. If we can't, you get a full refund.

Your legal rights stay. If the consumer law where you live gives you a right to cancel or to a refund (for example in the EU, the UK or India), you keep it, and we honour it.

Refunds are processed by our reseller, Polar (Polar Software, Inc.). The money goes back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. Once a refund is made, the license key stops working on every PC.
